Delivery Details:

• Expect delivery within 2-3 working days with complete tracking information provided.
• Orders placed before 12:00 PM on weekdays are dispatched the same day, ensuring swift delivery.
• Deliveries are conducted by Royal Mail and Evri from Monday to Saturday.
• For deliveries to Highlands and Islands, an additional day may be required.
• Orders placed after 8 AM on Fridays or during weekends are shipped the following Monday, except on bank holidays.

Please Note:

• Delivery schedules may be affected by factors beyond our control such as operational delays at Royal Mail, strikes, or adverse weather conditions. In such cases, we appreciate your patience and understanding. If your order is already dispatched and delayed, we cannot offer refunds until the item is delivered. For lost or incorrectly delivered items, we will resend the order.

International Shipping:

• We handle international orders on a case-by-case basis to ensure compliance with varying international tax regulations and to avoid customs issues. Return Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products at The Aroma Vault and offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused and unopened items within 30 days for a refund or exchange.

Refunds and Exchanges:

• Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds are processed back to the original method of payment.
