Service Details:
- We use Royal Mail Tracked 24/48 service, along with DPD.
- Expect a delivery window of 2-3 working days, complete with online tracking capabilities.
- Stay informed about your package's progress with email updates from Royal Mail.
- Our shipping coverage includes the United Kingdom and select EU nations.
- Orders made before 8AM from Monday to Friday are processed and shipped the same working day, enabling you to receive your package within 2-3 working days (barring holidays). For Highlands and Islands, please anticipate an additional day.
- If you place your order post 8 AM on a Friday, or during the weekend, expect it to be dispatched the following Monday (unless there's a bank holiday).
- Royal Mail or DPD handle our deliveries from Monday to Saturday.

Kindly note: Delivery timings can be influenced by factors like Royal Mail's operational times, strikes, and adverse weather. While we aim for prompt deliveries, there might be instances where timelines are affected due to the reasons mentioned. In such scenarios, if your order has been dispatched, we cannot process refunds until the order reaches you. For parcels that are lost or delivered incorrectly, our solution is to resend the order.
