Return Policy

Returns At The Aroma Vault, we believe in the quality and integrity of our products. However, we understand that sometimes things might not be as you expected. Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of your purchase. Beyond this duration, unfortunately, we won’t be able to process a refund or exchange.

For your purchase to be eligible for a return:

  • The item should be unused and in the same pristine condition as received.
  • It should be in its original packaging.

Please note, certain items cannot be returned due to their nature. This includes perishable items like food, flowers, newspapers, and magazines. Intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases are also non-returnable.

Other non-returnable items encompass:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Selected health and personal care items

For a successful return, a receipt or proof of purchase is mandatory.

Kindly refrain from sending your purchased items back to the manufacturer.

We won't be able to accept returns for:

  • Any item not in its original condition, found damaged, or with parts missing, not due to our fault.
  • Any item returned after 30 days from delivery.

Refunds (if applicable) Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, we will email you to acknowledge its reception. This email will also inform you about the acceptance or rejection of your refund claim.

In case of approval, the refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method within a designated timeframe.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you don't see your refund, kindly:

  • Check your bank account.
  • Contact your credit card company. Sometimes, it might take a while for your refund to be officially posted.
  • Next, get in touch with your bank. Often, there's some processing time before a refund is reflected.

Sale items (if applicable) Refunds are applicable only for regular priced items. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable) We exchange items solely if they arrive defective or damaged. For exchanges, write to us at info@thearomavault.co.uk.

Gifts If your item was a gift and was shipped directly to you, you'll receive gift credit equivalent to your return's value. Upon receipt of the returned gift item, we'll send you a gift certificate.

If the giver had the order shipped to themselves first, refunds will be sent to them, making them aware of the return.

Return shipping costs will be borne by you and are non-refundable.

For items worth over £75, consider opting for a trackable shipping service or insurance. We can't ensure the reception of your returned item without tracking.
