We operate from Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm. Rest assured, we strive to answer all queries within 24 working hours within this period. To help us serve you efficiently, please refrain from sending repeated messages across various platforms. We answer them in the sequence they arrive.

A Designer Inspiration is a fragrance inspired by a specific designer scent. It's imperative to understand that this is neither a replica nor a copy, and should not be mistaken as such.

What kind of fragrance are they?

Our offerings are exclusively Parfums - the most potent fragrance concentration.

Are your products Vegan Friendly and Cruelty Free?

Absolutely! We only use Vegan Friendly Fragrance Oils and stand firm against animal cruelty.

Are they safe to spray on clothes?

While our fragrances have a high oil content to ensure longevity, as with all perfumes, caution is advised when applying directly to clothes. Please undertake this at your discretion.

How should I store my fragrances?

Always store fragrances away from extreme temperatures and direct sunlight to maintain their integrity.

Can I amend or cancel my order after I've placed it?

Due to our automated shipping process, once an order is placed, it cannot be edited or cancelled.

How long does shipping take?

Orders placed before 8AM from Monday to Friday are processed & dispatched the same working day, ensuring delivery within 2-3 working days. Please note, there may be slight delays for Highlands and Islands or during peak periods like holidays.

When will my order arrive?

Standard UK delivery typically takes 2-3 working days. During peak times, such as Black Friday or Christmas, slight delays may occur. For international orders, please refer to the delivery timeline mentioned in your confirmation email.

Where is my order?

You can track your order using the link sent in your dispatch email. If you can't locate the email, be sure to check your junk/spam folder.

Issues with your order?

  • Damaged upon arrival? Email clear pictures, highlighting the damage and bottle number, to info@thearomavault.co.uk within 7 days of receipt.
  • Received an incorrect order? Email a photo of the goods and packing slip to info@thearomavault.co.uk within 7 days of receipt.
  • Order marked as delivered but missing? Drop us an email with your order number at info@thearomavault.co.uk between 9am and 5pm.

What is your returns process?

Products can be returned within 30 days for either a refund or exchange. For more detailed information, refer to our Refund Policy or contact us directly at info@thearomavault.co.uk.

Where is my exchange/refund?

If your returned product has been received on our end (you can check with your tracking receipt), give us a week to process. Should you have concerns, reach out with a copy of your receipt.
