  • Our shipping coverage includes the United Kingdom and select EU nations.
  • Orders made before 8AM from Monday to Friday are processed and shipped the same working day, enabling you to receive your package within 2-3 working days (barring holidays). For Highlands and Islands, please anticipate an additional day.
  • If you place your order post 8 AM on a Friday, or during the weekend, expect it to be dispatched the following Monday (unless there's a bank holiday).
  • Royal Mail or DPD handle our deliveries from Monday to Saturday.

RETURN POLICY

Returns At The Aroma Vault, we believe in the quality and integrity of our products. However, we understand that sometimes things might not be as you expected. Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of your purchase. Beyond this duration, unfortunately, we won’t be able to process a refund or exchange.

For your purchase to be eligible for a return:

  • The item should be unused and in the same pristine condition as received.
  • It should be in its original packaging.

Please note, certain items cannot be returned due to their nature. This includes perishable items like food, flowers, newspapers, and magazines. Intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases are also non-returnable.
